Mountain Biking and Cycling in Aspley Woods
One of the best areas for Mountain Biking near Milton Keynes are the Aspley Woods mountain biking and cycling trails. Typically referred to as ‘Woburn’, Aspley Woods is located near to Woburn Sands. Over many decades the area has offered numerous trails made by cyclists and mountain bikers from all over Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and even further afield. ‘Woburn’ was also one of the first places to openly offer riders the chance to build their own jumps and runs in a designated jump area now known as Woburn Bike Park. Rushmere Park has a a Cafe and toilets and both family and mountain bike permissive cycle routes which are directly accessible from the car parks.
